REACTIVATION OF LICENSE
This section is for users with non-working license due to hardware change, hard disk reformat, or sometimes, anti-virus update. Kindly prepare ALL the necessary files to avoid delays
REINSTALLED OS/REPLACED THE HARDWARE W/O DEACTIVATING THE LICENSE
- User should prepare a scanned copy of a signed letter stating the reason why the hardware was replaced or why the OS was reinstalled.
- Attach the letter to an email with the license number and send it to info@chiralsoft.com.
NO PART OF THE HARDWARE WAS REPLACED/ADDED/REMOVED AND os was not reinstalled
Prepare the following files:
Diagnostic information saved to file
- Go to Activation Wizard
- Enter Single computer license, click Next
- Skip Serial, Generate and Activate Online button
- Click on Diagnostic button at bottom left of page then click on Save Text to File
- Save as diagnostic info
Hardware id saved to file
- Go to Activation Wizard
- Enter Single computer license, click Next
- Enter license serial at Serial
- Click Generate button
- Save as diagnostic info
Attach both files to an email with the license number and send it to info@chiralsoft.com
